As some of you may know, I’ve been cooking a lot for the past few months and so far I’ve lost almost 30 pounds (along with exercise). Cooking healthy meals is one of the main keys to keeping on track once you’ve changed to a healthy lifestyle! Well today I wanted to share my healthy meal for SALMON BURGERS w/ WEDGE FRIES!
All you need is
- 1 box of Salmon Burgers
- Provolone Cheese
- Some spinach
- Sandwich Thins
& Whatever else you would want to put on your burger.
I used the dope 4-In-1 Stainless Steel Grill from THE SHARPER IMAGE and lets just say I’m in love. The grill comes with 4 different non-stick plates and I used it to cook my burgers and onions. It took about 15-20 minutes to cook the burger and it could have even been faster if I upped the heat.
