1) Stay true to yourself. Be your #1 fan. You have be very aware of what you ARE willing to do & what you AREN’T willing to do. Sometimes all that GLITTERS ISN’T GOLD. Also surround yourself with people who are goal orientated and driven. It’s all about motivation.
2) Yes. I will been looking for some help this year. I definitely need an assistant, but was waiting until some things got finalized.
